• Domestic (India): Delhivery / BlueDart / DTDC
• International: DHL / FedEx / Aramex

NOTE: Shipping partner may vary based on location and order type.

3. Delivery Time

• India: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–10 business days

NOTE: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Charges are based on order value, weight & dimensions, and delivery location
• Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking ID will be shared via email or WhatsApp
• Real-time tracking available on courier partner website

6. Packaging

• All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof, premium packaging
• Extra care is taken for high-value jewelry items

7. International Shipping (Important)

• Orders outside India may be subject to customs duties & import taxes
• These charges are not included in product price and must be paid by the customer
