1. Overview

At JVDSON, we specialize in handcrafted and custom-made jewelry. Each piece is created with precision and care, therefore our return and refund policy is designed to maintain quality standards and transparency with our clients.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong item delivered
• Manufacturing defect (verified by our team)

NOTE: Unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order jewelry
• Engraved or personalized items
• Products purchased under bulk / wholesale (B2B orders)
• Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

4. Return Request Process

• Customer must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

• Order ID
• Unboxing video
• Clear images of issue

5. Refund Policy

• Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued via original payment method (PayPal / Bank / Wise)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only applicable for size issues (if applicable) or damaged items
• Exchange request must be made within 48 hours

7. Shipping for Returns

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless product is defective
• Product must be returned in original packaging with tags

8. International Orders

• No returns/refunds on international orders unless item is damaged or incorrect
• Custom duties & taxes are non-refundable

9. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing order
• After production starts, cancellation is not allowed
