Payment Security

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure and trusted payment options for both domestic and international clients:

NOTE: All payments must be made in full before order processing begins.

2. Payment Terms (B2B Orders)

For bulk and custom orders:

• 50% Advance Payment required to start production
• 50% Balance Payment before dispatch
• Production begins only after advance confirmation

NOTE: Terms may vary depending on order size and client relationship.

3. Currency & Conversion

• International payments are accepted in USD / EUR / GBP
• Currency conversion rates are based on real-time market rates
• Any conversion or bank charges are to be borne by the client

4. Payment Confirmation

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
• Clients will receive a payment receipt/invoice via email or WhatsApp
• In case of delay, kindly share payment proof for quick verification

5. Security Assurance

At JVDSON, we prioritize your payment safety:

• All transactions are processed through secure and trusted platforms
• We do not store any sensitive payment information
• Payments via PayPal & Wise are protected with global security standards

6. Fraud Prevention

• Orders with suspicious activity may be temporarily held or cancelled
• JVDSON reserves the right to request identity verification if needed
• Only confirmed payments will be accepted for order processing

7. Failed / Pending Payments

• If payment fails or remains pending, the order will not be processed
• Clients are advised to retry or use an alternative payment method
• JVDSON is not responsible for delays caused by banking/payment gateways

8. Taxes & Duties

• Prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes (if any)
• International orders may be subject to custom duties & import taxes
